The menu of the venue, which aims to provide its guests with a night full of happiness and flavor accompanied by the fascinating view of the Bosphorus, starts with a Citrus cocktail that has a refreshing and invigorating effect. Burrata & Mango prepared with fermented chickpea puree, Baby Eggplant baked with Miso sauce, Beef Tartare, followed by hummus-based baby squid. As the main course, duck confit prepared according to the chef’s special recipe is one of the masterpieces that left its mark on the night.

As dessert, Rhum Baba crowns the night with its eye-catching presentation and unique taste on the palate.
